Job Description:

As a Leasing Agent with Pepper Pike Property Management, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our residents. This position is responsible for leasing apartments to prospective residents and assisting in the leasing process.

Essential Functions:

• Leads leasing activities by providing excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
• Communicates with prospective/current residents via phone, email, and social media
• Compiles and reviews information on the lease contract and in the resident’s smart phone
• Creates lease agreements by working with the Property Manager to ensure proper language and terms are used
• Maintains property by cleaning and organizing apartment, common areas, and offices daily; making sure all areas are neat, tidy, and clean.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be available to work weekdays from 8 am until 6 pm and weekends from 8 am until 6 pm.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
